The Project I need is simply, a website like expert-exchange .com, with noticing the site should be designed and programmed for one of the "Right To Left" Languages, and I need a friendly control panel Like vbulletin CP. The web site should contain an advertising management System "Not very complicated", this ads system should provide to me at least the full control to post banners (flash banners, text banners, image banners, etc...) and Adwords in the website.
