Hello I am looking to find a programmer or programming and website creation company that would like to form a partnership to create a multi international company that had a full business plan already produced. We have had offers from investors to put money into the firm but that was going to restrict our decisions as such we have decided to work directly with a technology partner. The management team has already been formed and are able to run the Management side of the organisation. We are looking to form a partnership with a organisation that will be able to take control of the programming and Information technology side of things. We have created a detailed business plan which details all aspects of the venture including revenue forecasts, revenue methods, strengths and weaknesses of our competitors and the market. We will look to have the venture incorporated in either the United Kingdom or Australia. We would offer you a percentage in the venture, as such this would involve your team taking control of the programming and creation of the website and then the maintenance of the site. You would receive a direct percentage of all profits the organisations makes. The plan is to have the site require very little maintenance to keep it running, with most of the site becoming automated during the creation of the site. Once the site has been created my team will then implement the phase of finding extra stuff to run the site and generate the revenue. The time for the creation is dependant on our venture partner. The most applicable partner would be a freelance organisation that would be able to allocate some man power to the creation of the project over a few months. Depending on the skill level of our venture partner we would be willing to offer up 49% of all profits of the venture. We have a group lawyer that will write up a contract for both parties to sign. We would also be willing to have the contract translated for non-english speaking ventures, however we would require at least one member of the team to be able to speak English. We have a expected $US5 million dollar revenue target within the first 3 years. As the venture involves revenue through membership fees this would be revenue that we will be able to count on for more than 1 year.
