writing short paper about international taxation

Dear Sir / Madam, This job is only for those who have experience in international tax matters and/or are willing to make an investment into specializing into these matters. The Job is writing a short paper (2-3 pages, the fewer the better) describing how an international tax rule (in a tax treaty) should apply to a certain situation. The job involves analysing the application and interpretation of international tax law (i.e. double tax treaties, OECD Commentaries (old and new), international tax jurisprudence) to basic fact patterns (for example: person A lives in country B and works in country C. he/she works a D and performs his work under E conditions). Which country should be granted the right to tax X item of income and which country should provide relief for double taxation under the relevant double tax treaty? This is the main question that should be adressed in your paper. To summarize: Your task will be to write a short paper about which country should (after analysis of the relevant international tax law) be granted to the right to tax a certain item of income. Your paper should provide the complete analysis of both the arguments pro and contra for this position (i.e. all the relevant international law sources should be checked before a position can be reached). The relevant reading material will be provided by me, the case also. A fixed fee of EUR 30 will be provided per paper. This includes any follow up questions that may arise from me. I'm looking for a long term cooperation. If your work is satisfactory and I don't need to make edits / ask questions, then I will increase your pay accordingly.
