Writers/SEO needed for buzz feed style used car auto review site PAYS BIG FOR SMARTS!!

We are a challenger auto retailer and we sell cars. We are 100% digital. We are very very focused on the way people buy and sell used cars. OUR GOAL AND BACKGROUND Car reviews are very important in selling cars, and especially for used cars. It gets us the first contact with a lead. Our goal is to come up with a used car review format thats better than anything out there and then scale it. Our guess is we can learn a lot from the journalism and editorial of Buzzfeed et al rather than car and driver etc. Think about car review sites or magazines. A reviewer, usually a motoring journalist is given a new car by a manufacturer. He drives it up a mountain somewhere. Then comes back. Then writes 1000 words of tech mumbo jumbo. Then the review is published. Then someone SEOS it. Then someone reads it. Big yawn. Because this is not how people research used cars. They want to know very different things. They want to know what goes wrong with a 2011 Ford. They want to know what's better - a 2013 Accura or a 2009 Renault. And how do they pick? What are the 9 top things they should look for? Etc Etc Etc. SO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS: 1 - TARGET: We will tell you the specific markets and models we are interested in (probably not the country you are in). Probably 500 car models in total. Lets say we have 10 writers - you will get 50 models to work on. 2 - SEO RESEARCH: You need to research the best SEO beating titles for that model and year. You need to have the usual tools to do this. IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE TOOLS OR KNOW HOW TO DO THIS THEN THIS JOB IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU. 3 - COPYWRITING: Then you need to write copy for that title. There is literally nothing you cant find online for the car model and year you are looking for. Be smart and creative. There are a thousand angles for each review. Write engaging, factual, funny, smart copy to make the title come alive. YOU CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE BUT YOU MUST HAVE NATIVE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IF NOT THIS JOB IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU 4 - FORMAT: Then we need to make sure that the copy gets readers online. Maybe the buzz feed type of list thing is the way to go. Maybe its something else. Maybe its a diagram. Maybe its a collection of auto posts from you tube. Maybe its pictures of clowns. Lots of clowns. Maybe its some or all of these. All we know is for the target we come up with in step 1 we have to dominate SERPs AND SOCIAL (STRESS SOCIAL!). You work out the right format. 5 - REPEAT: We want to lock down the right writers with the right approach and the right formats and then build a database of 5000+ reviews.
