The article will be based on the following piece of published academic research “Comparative effectiveness of exercise and drug interventions on mortality outcomes: metaepidemiological study” and will require you to use knowledge translation techniques to shape the information into interesting, actionable, and evidence based health content.
The articles must be between 400-500 words in length and will contain the following elements:
• Teaser titles (x3 options) - short snappy enticer.
• Main Title (x3 options) - what is the main point of the article?
• Summary - outline the key points of the article.
• Main body - describe the entire article in more detail.
• An actionable insight - if the academic research has an obvious actionable insight (e.g. walking after meals reduces blood glucose levels), we would like this focused on within the article.

It is essential that these articles be written with one voice. Therefore, please follow the Guardian style guide (available here: [login to view URL] ) and use the provided submission template to structure your article to ensure it meets our specification.

The index is a resource developed to help identify the most important communication characteristics to enhance clarity and aid understanding of public messages related to health.
