Tiffany is currently going out and visiting real estate offices for free workshops to help agents post on social media. This tour is generating ongoing business through a content marketing package she created just for real estate.

WHAT THE JOB IS:
Write 1-3+ articles per month, or more (depending on the quality of the articles you produce). The more shares, clicks, and responses to calls to action the content and headlines generate, the more writing requests you get. We currently have an immediate need for 3 articles per month, and will be trying a few writers at first to find a good “fit.” The right person will love this job - the wrong one will hate it. If you love growth, business development, and real estate, are good at what you do, and have high standards, you will love this job.
The articles will appear on one or more blogs/websites on a network of real estate agents' pages and/or OnlineMarketingHelp.net.
SKILLS
Narrative and persuasive writing skills are an absolute must. Knowledge of and ability to apply high SEO standards preferred.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ Years in real estate as a measurably successful agent or broker, or must have invested in at least 50 properties (REQUIRED), PLUS 2+ years writing experience.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s in mass communication or journalism preferred.
COMPENSATION:
$40-100 per 1,500-2,000 word article PLUS links on multiple real estate websites to your [login to view URL], which will have a bio and links to your outside website and social media profiles. (Pay starts at $40 or $50. A writer with very high SEO, shares, clicks, AND conversions will go up the pay scale, and will be featured on [login to view URL] in other ways for more exposure and assignments.)
