In the past 6 years I have trained 2 to 5 times a week. Initiated as a bodybuilder, but just for a few months because I wanted long terms results and functionality, so started training strong lift and calisthenics. In this years I read tons of articles, have numerous metings with nutricionists, fisioterapists, personal trainers, and some full time workouters.
I have deep knowlege of the anatomy of the human body, from muscles, tendons, joints, bones and relation with the nervous system. So the fitness/workout part is the easy one, the nutrition isn't so complete, but I have enough knowlege of the fundamentals components of a healthy alimentation, conjugation of macro and micronutrients, relation of proteins, carbs and fat, etc to a better recover and development of the muscles.
I guess I showed to you a little of what I can abord in this theme, if you hired me I can make a plan of the topics I will abord, but can make easily 15 different reports, divided in muscular groups, nutrition, alternative exercises and a few complete plans (like 1 month of workout and meals to put you in shape).
