Hi, I'm from the Philippines. I can very well explain to you the different experience I had using a 3G and 4G connection here in our country.

Some people say we had the slowest internet, indeed. 3g and 4g is not quite fast here in the Philippines as for me but it also depends in the location whether you are in the city which is more faster and while you are in the low signal would be the slowest of all. I prefer not to use data when in terms of downloading and uploading cause It will takes a lot of time they say example 4g uploads 8.59 mbps but still it doesn't look like 8.59 mbps. The thing about 3G and 4G here in the Philippines is that the speed varies in different parts of the country. Based on my experience, 3G and 4G connection is quite slow from where I live compared to the signal in Manila.
