Hi there, I'm looking for local journalists/writers to write about original local topics they're passionate about. I truly believe that in our connected world, great articles can and should be be shared with other communities and cultures! Articles can cover topics such as lifestyle, music, movie/Tv show, culture, food, travel and sport. Here are some examples of ideas you can write about : - great street artists in your town/country - funny side of the history of your country - story of a someone famous in your country but unknown in the rest of the world - succes stories - view on a cultural subject (eg. bollywood vs hollywood) - Sneakers collectors - local e-sport champions - etc We want writers to be original, curious and write about something they know! Tone : dynamic, fun to read, opinionated Target audience : 25 to 35-year old The content itself should be around 800-1300 words + pictures (free of right or author-credited) If we were to work together, the process would go as follows : You submit ideas of articles and if it's a match, you'll get 15$ for the first one. If the content you submit matches our need, we can start a mid-term collaboration in which you'll get at least 25$/[login to view URL] amount could be higher depending on the nature of the project (interview, live coverage, etc) Besides, if you are video or photo journalist, feel free to contact me to talk about what kind of deal we can setup! Hello, I am a young writer (23) from Split, Croatia. Writing is one of my passions together with karate, nature, food and so on. To be honest, I haven't written many articles yet, but my passion for writing is boiling inside of me like a volcano. As a karate black belt, with 16 years of experience, I work with kids. I even train a group of kids with special needs (one of the articles can be about them, they are fascinating. and I can provide videos and photos). Nature is where I find my peace so I can write a lot about nature too. Here in Split, we have some really nice buildings and Diocletian's palace, they are just standing there waiting for me to write about them and to take pictures. As a receptionist in 4* hotel in Split, I meet a lot of people from the whole world and some of them are amazing so they can find a spot in my writing. Also, important to mention is that I am from Hvar, Croatia and I am going to live there from 1.8.18. I don't know do you know anything about the island of Hvar but that is one beautiful island. Sunniest island in Europe with the oldest city in Croatia ( Stari Grad is 2400 years old). We also have Marko's and Grapče's caves and people lived there 6000-7000 years ago. I am running out of space here so I need to sum it up. My passion is inexcusable, I will put my soul into my words and can provide pictures and videos because I will mostly write about people and things I can visit.
