I am quite familiar with conducting phone interviews, followed by their write up/report. In fact, my most recent project completed here on Freelancer.com involved interviewing 35 employees of a major online travel agency (based in Indonesia), to assess their level of English, as the company was expanding its services to Australia. I interviewed the potential employees (via Google Hangout) for approximately 15 minutes. Each interview consisted of 5 questions and a short role play, for which I had to immediately provide to the company a report outlining the assessment/interview outcomes and provide recommendations. As a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER, qualified and experienced ENGLISH TEACHER and professional PROOFREADER/EDITOR, I dare to say that I have excellent English skills ;-) Further, I'm a good communicator - open to providing and receiving feedback, reliable, talkative and friendly. Of course, I would be happy to upload text and images to a Wordpress blog, but this is something that I would definitely need your assistance with.
