I need to develop a new web site for [login to view URL] and the developer needs to develop it in two languages English and Chinese. If the developer not able to write in Chinese he can translate with Google translate after that my staff will adjust. I will give another web site to follow the style and I will some pictures to put inside, some must be found internet for let the reader understand the services. Needs someone with a bit experience I've no time to follow the beginners also must have a bit marketing experience, I not need a simple developer in other case I can develop myself using common sdk.

hello, This is CHIAN-CHI PENG. I was student for Master 2 (MBA) in the department Luxury brand management, Fashion, Jewelry & cosmetics in INSEEC Business School Paris. I did the 6 months internship in O'Bon Paris (pharmacie monge), and after work for one year half for Community manager for the Taiwanese market.
