I didnt intend to develop generic rules based on shameful quotes from the virtual environment and solutions that do not normally go beyond the contemplation stage, but strategies that are accessible to all who want to get out of this state of psychological convenience. This book represents the set of my ideas accumulated over the course of 28 years, about a deeply saddened and naïve society in almost equal measure. Society, that still wants to be perceived as a superior one by using bitter irony with a great outlet to the superficial audience.
If you are looking for a book written in a tear-like manner with real-life platitudes, I have bad news: this book is not for you. This book is dedicated to people who know what mental and physical effort are. And, of course, who practices is.
At the level of this book, if you focus on reading it, I promise you, after careful introspection, you will realize that you are a more capable person. A more ambitious person. A more confident person on his or her own forces, who has to smile more often than he or she usually does, and, perhaps, even a MINIMALIST person."
