Content/Marketing Strategist for the Home Buying Market

Content Strategist Minti is a financial technology company with a simple mission: helping 300 million people make better financial decisions when buying or selling a property. Our 3 year mission is to become one of the main players in the market and capture 950k+ annual unique visitors, and in order to get there we want to grow at a 30% month over month, which means for 2019, we need to reach a total of 1,700 unique visitors by the end of the year through our content. This is why we are looking to hire a content/marketing strategist that will develop and execute a strategy to get us there with evergreen content and always focused on helping home buyers navigate the complex systems of buying a home, with clear, precise and engaging articles. This is your first task: Please, create a marketing strategy based on content and SEO primarily that will make us reach a total of 1,700 unique visitors by the end of 2019. This content strategy should also state: - the keywords you are going to focus on - how will you be creating, optimizing and promoting that content (alone / team ) - how will you position that content - the total cost on a monthly basis of that work I will be hiring several freelancers for this first task in order to find a long term partner for 2019.
