Blog article: Containerisation w/ Docker: Why? What? How

I need a blog article that explains what Containerization is and how it benefits a company, that is, why they should make use of it. Explain why docker is one of the critical solutions for containerisation, with a brief explanation about what a Dockerfile is, what it typically contains (mandatory/ common/ helpful elements) and at least 2 screenshots from either VS Code or Eclipse/ a comparable IDE, showing: the location of the dockerfile in the root folder of a project of your choice ("hello world" application in Java or Angular will do) in one screenshot and a screenshot of the content of the dockerfile in the other one.
