Writers are paid once our clients accept the papers. If not, you will be asked to edit until it is correct. Not looking for a writer who can't deliver on time, makes excuses, turns in poor quality work and doesn't understand the difference between ESL level English and native English (we expect the latter as all of our clients are in the U.S.). We definitely DO want writers who proofread and revise their own work before submitting it. Simply being competent is not exceptional, nor does it foster amazing outcomes in business.
