IoT - Smart gun washer solution

We are a company specialised in the paint industry with sustainable solutions. Our main activity was to developed an Eco-friendly alternative of thinner solvent use for cleaning spray gun. We are looking for a partner that will be able to bring our idea in motion regarding implementation of IoT on our washer. We already did some successful test with an Arduino developing platform. Our sales strategy is to provide free washer to interested customer. They have to sign a rent contract with a define consumption of fluid. They pay a monthly fee for the rent. We want to control our growing fleet and prevent from competitors. (Like in the printer industry where the money is made on the anchor cartridges and not on the printer itself) So we have to prevent from our fluid's copy. Our requirement: GPS to track the position of the washer 2 Pressures regulators (actually we used a servo to control a pressure regulator) 2 Pressure sensor (1 that go up to 8bar and the other up to 2-3bar) Lora - NB-Iot or other solution for the communication with low-energy and minimum cost NFC modules (to activate the washer, sending serial number at the production and precede to a service from our technician) Small battery to provide enough energy for about 3 weeks (if not use) Energy generator to recharge the battery. We only have access to the compressed air ~ 6 bar (We can not have access to electricity direct electricity) Every compound have to be placed on a PCB inside a small box that will be included in the body of our washer. The size isn't a priority. We have enough space for 10x20x10cm for example. How it will works: When a customer start to use our washer.. It will provide energy to recharge the battery. We need those informations when it start: "ID / date / time / N° of cycle / N° of current cycle with the new fluid (this value will be reset at every services when our technician badge the washer) / GPS / Pressure / maybe battery level?!). During the cycle, the pressure have to be check regularly and adjust to keep at the value define (with the possibility to adjust the value from our fleet management) At the end of the cycle, we write again the same information with 1 additional information (time of cleaning, between start and stop statue) for ex: 4min and 54sec. Maybe this information can be send every 6 hour to reduce the data consumption to the server and increase the life of the battery. What we gonna do with that: We want to manage the fleet of all washer around the world (for the moment in Europe) Get information related to every washer (position, N° of cycle, running time, time average for etch cleaning cycle, consumption of fluid (to manage our production in advance) Control the pressure and adjust if need it. Some bodyshop repair have 4 bar in entrance, other have 8 or 10 bar... We have to protect the pump from over pressure. Control that service are well done by our technician. Every washer are rent to the customer with a define consumption per year base on the number of cycle. We use 10lt can, some washer have to be renewed every 4 months, some other every 6 weeks for example. If the canister wasn't change during the define period, we should received an alarm to do it (e-mail for example). If the washer exceeds a certain number of cycles (approximately 500) we should be able to deactivate the washer at distance and send us a notification. (It's also to prevent from using unappropriated fluid / competitors fluid...) In our CRM (Dolibarr) we gonna assign the washer to the a customer and a contract. So we will know exactly how many fluid have to be delivered per year and when for etch washer. So this IoT project will works in background with a software that will process the information received by the machine park everyday. This soft will be connected to an application for smartphone.
