I read your project description carefully and I can suggest you an off-the-shelf solution. My proposal is to use ESP32 microcontroller-based board, which has built-in Bluetooth and WiFi. We can interface your sensor, using that microcontroller board, and send the data via Bluetooth or WiFi based on your preference. I done lots of sensor based projects and my expertise in arduino and IoT, I m very familiar with your project. Sir I suggest you to use Wi-fi network at the place of Bluetooth,if you have more than 2-3 machines. Because of you use Bluetooth network then every device has their saprate Bluetooth module that is higher cost. And if you go with Wi-fi then you can monitor and operate your devices outside the organization/factory also with the help of internet. Hi there, My proposal is to use one small but powerful microcontroller with Bluetooth built-in, the Esp32, to map your data, filter with software noise and send the data encripted to protect it.
