Integrate Rocket.chat/meteorjs Application with J2EE application

I have a web application that is built on J2EE Currently this site is integrated with LDAP and users can use their MS Active directory credentials to Login and view the pages they have access to. I am trying to add a Rocket chat link to a Channel/room at the bottom of the page. The user should be able to click on the link and start communicating without the need to Login to Rocket Chat again. Currently it shows the Login page of the chat. The desired functionality is to enable a behind these scenes login to the chat using the Login session of the Web application. I am looking for someone who is familiar with meteor Js/Rocket chat and has knowledge on how to achieve this Quickly.
