IT Support - Dialer system/CRM, general computer upkeep,

We are an 8 person marketing team that resides in two countries, that is growing quickly. We are trying to find someone that can help us build a scalable IT backbone. We need an IT professional that can manage a non-cloud based dialler/CRM system. We are currently using Vicidial, and it does not have the capabilities necessary to run our business efficiently. We are searching for someone that has a familiarity with dialler systems that we can control through our own server. This person needs to be able to customize the dialler/CRM for our workflow. A familiarity with different phone service providers is preferred. Ability to manage a server.
