I am opening a YouTube channel and I need 2d animated (not whiteboard) for it. So, I will purchase all the videos to upload there. I will just choose one seller for my work who will work for my channel permanently and consistently. As I will be hiring a creator for this huge project, which doesn't have any ending then I should have a discount on it. So, my budget is fixed for each video, and that is $5. I will provide the script (250 words) and voice-over (90 sec).
