E-learning Project in 2d animation -- 2

Actually, it's an e-learning project for schools, we require 2d animators who excel in character animation. In this project, there are a total of 4 main characters in the whole of the series some scripts will have 2, some have 3 like that. Software required- preferably Adobe Flash In the project, there are scripts varying from 3-6 mins each What we provide: We provide you four main characters, complete turnarounds of characters, some bgs, some sound effects vfx/sfx and of course the written script, script VO and visualization guidelines. But according to the script you have to make remaining bg’s and effects. Let's say 2-3 bgs. The budget of 5hrs work is 4.5lakhs i.e. 1500/-minute, actually, these projects are open projects from the company and the rates are fixed.
