How to convert my Animation Stickers MOV files to JSON?

I am currently developing a live streaming mobile app and I am currently facing a very challenging issue regarding my animation stickers. My animation stickers are created in MOV files and I need them to be convert to JSON in order to get the 3D aftereffects. But from what I've learnt, MOV cannot be converted to JSON but I need them to be convert to JSON due to the 3D effects. If I upload it in MOV, I might lose the quality. I am looking for an animation technical specialist to find a way on how I can convert my animation files from MOV to JSON or an alternative solution on how I can upload my MOV files without losing the quality.
