Game character needs to be rig and animation

i am new to the community of modeling but don`t have the skill to do it myself. the file is in obj format need to be rig and animation and texture to put on it already have the texture ready animation just need walk,idle tail moving. also need to be put into unreal engine 4 with skeleton so its game ready .
