Create an explainer video for a Dating App

I'm looking to create an explainer video that would probably be about 1 minute in length. The video is intended to be an elevator pitch style video that will explain to users what makes the App different from other Dating Apps. I have a rough storyboard, 9 panels long, and a very rough script . I would want someone that offers help with the scriptwriting as well as voice-overs too. I'm looking for a fun, funny, conversational style but I'm open to your ideas. I'd like the voice-over to be a U.S. female.
