I'm wanting someone to create a loopable animation silhouette of a crowd. Similar to this

except less real (fingers on hands don't need to move etc). I'm happy for the animation to be less detailed than the example provided, but it should show various different movements. Cartoon silhouettes and not real people movements are fine.
There should be three different loops.
One where the crowd is standing there with little movement.
One where the crowd is moving a little more and a bit more excited.
One where the crowd is really excited and having a good time (Example depicts this).
