action script - flash intro very simpe game - open to bidding

Hello! i need to implement a very simple flash game for a course at our college I want emphasize that it is a very simple game, for the lowest level possible - include a road background with a car on it, moving up down and to the sides, with rewards on the road, and some obsticles - these are features that cause the score change. i am looking for a developer that can do it as fast as possible and at the lower price possible. my teacher says that it can be done in couple of hours for an unskilled student. is my offer is right for you? thank you very much, i will be happy to hire you for the job and have a great recommendation of you in this site.
