Vuforia mobile app with video content

I work for a software development company. I am not experienced in Vuforia or Unity. The app is a very simple Augment Reality video (using Vuforia) that will trigger when it recognizes the target (a magazine cover). The app is built in Unity and it needs to run on Android and Apple mobile devices. I previously built the app in an older version of Vuforia and Unity. I have already started developing the app but am unable to build it in the new version of Unity 2017.2 I have started building the app but have run into two main issues. I cannot get the AR video and audio to play correctly. The video and audio start before the app recognizes the image target. (This will need some scripting to resolve the problem- I have tried unchecking the play on awake settings.) Second problem: I cannot get the video to display on an Apple mobile phone (the app builds okay and installs okay but does not display the video.) TASKS: 1. Get both audio and video to trigger when the image target is found. 2. Get the video to display on an apple mobile device correctly. The current build does not display or play the video. 3. This project requires someone with very good English. 4. The person must be able to show me how to fix the mistakes so that I can continue to build it from my end. You are helping me trouble shoot the problem. This could be done over skype. 5. You must use version 2017.2 Unity. 6. you must have good scripting skills in C#
