Need to get designed an android app that scans for Bluetooth (BLE) advertisements and stores scan results in a list, along with GPS position and timestamp. App displays the list for user, and when user selects a device, it displays GPS location of that device on Google maps (with directions/navigation option). App also uploads the list to a web url using HTTP POST. Further details will be provided to selected freelancer.
