I am looking for a developer to help me build a simple first release eLearning Android application + Admin Web Backend. I’m on a very tight budget so developers with considerable costs will be considered. Apart from settings section and the like, the mobile application will only have two major sections: 1. A button to open a page integrated with Socratic Mathsteps opensource API 2. A button to open a page that queries the database of words a user inputs (like a dictionary). We should be able to manually input everything from the admin backend. Additional functionality to be included is: 1. User registration using OTP to prevent platform abuse 2. Automatic disable of user account if it’s logged in on two devices at the same time (admin should be able to reactivate the account from the Web Backend) 3. Digital Rights management to block screenshot taking or video screen recording 4. Monthly subscription for user account which admin can adjust as necessary from the backend 5. Integration of two payment processors. 6. Push notifications from Web Backend to specific user or all users 7. Start device support from Android 5.0 Only a developer willing to have a long term relationship should bid. This will be the first version or release because of a tight financial budget so I’m looking to work with the same developer on upgrades as I already have the update roadmap of features/ functionality.
