Remote shooting for Sony or Panasonic compact camera, Android, Windows or Mac

We'd like to control compact cameras from our software, in particular the Panasonic TZ95 or the Sony RX100 IV, V or VI. We currently use the gphoto2 library to control other cameras, but these cameras are not supported by gphoto2, and we'd like to support them.
We need quite a list of features, integrating
- live view
- zoom
- focus
- iso, shutter, aperture
- remote shooting
- image download
The commercially available apps that talk directly to these cameras are:

The first milestone (20%) will be paid upon demonstration of live view working over USB or WiFI from a windows 10 PC or Mac, preferably using the gphoto2 library, but a standalone proof of principle is also acceptable.
