Need web Application made for my website..

requirement

app should able to work exactly as it works on google chrome browser.

should open phone number links on phone dialer

should show current location

should run time permissions for camera, location, storage. calls.

should be able to open all links of website

should be able to open map url on map app

should be able to open whats app link on whatsapp app

should show custom page when internet is not avilabe

need swipe refresh

should be able to zoom horizontally and vertically

should open popups

should have long press menu to share & copy

should be able to downloads files

should be able to upload files from gallery and camera

should have loader

should have progress dialog box

should have splash screen

should be full screen without action bar

should be able to open mobiles native share when needed

need portrait and landscape layout

if all this is possible then I can discuss further regarding the app.
