Help me turn my excel tracker into an Android App

Hello! After years trying to find an activity /routine tracker or to do app that met my requirements, I eventually gave up and created what I wanted on an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is great and gets the job done, but unfortunately, is a nightmare to update on the mobile version as it pops the keyboard up and is a right headache to play with because of that, and thus, I am not as thorough or on the ball with it as I'd like (need) to be. Therefore... I need someone who can help me turn that into an Android app. But before I tell you that, on thing I do to make sure I only give opportunity to people who genuinely read ads rather than spam a reply without scoping the work (and there are many), I'm adding a small trap. Only people who answer the following question will be considered, no matter how cheap the proposal is from people who don't. If you didn't care about what society says, which colour would you paint your hair? Key features I'd need from this app - I have activities that are due daily, 2x per day, weekly, 4x per week or that I need to avoid altogether (gives negative points) - The activities all have their own scoring weight for an entry and frequency (e.g. planning the next week has a greater weight than walking the dog on one day) - Each item belongs to a category, and I track the score of category over time - I need to get push notifications that prompt me at different time of day to make sure I don't forget a specific task - Based on all the activities at the end of the week, the app would calculate an overall score which would tell me how well I've done in the week (this model above is inspired by the book 12 week year, if you've never read it, you should!) At the end of the day, it is essentially a database disguised as a mobile app with limited reporting. I am sure I am missing a couple of elements, but hopefully that should be enough for you to give me a reasonably reasonable estimate for the workload involved
