easy call for senior

in one page I want to see on the right family list , and on the left friend list , in Big Text and in the middle the name that is chosen from the list adding the contact gonna be categorising them to family friend , men women by default when the app runs , it will start by screen showing both man and women from the both list , but when we slide it down then it will start showing the women list, while if I slide up it will start showing the men list when I scroll the family list , then the friend list won't move
