cross platform webview xamarin and geo location C#

I implemented the following steps : [login to view URL] but the webview won't open the camera when I choose upload file nor get the geolocation coordinate( although if I use the browser I can do these two features ) , note that I already gave permission to camera and location it's a simple app to open a site( the site is already working ) that have google map to choose my location and upload files through camera
