Hi, I can probably get this done fairly quickly. I would recommend, to save cost and time, the use of Phone Gap to accomplish this task. It would completely depend on how your website is coded though if the responsive behavior of your website is coded with standards etc. Could you please provide me with a link to your website? I am currently based out of Charlotte, NC so communication should not be much of an issue either.
