Build a VS2015 Xamarin android native local business sharing app

I am a medium level ASP.net web developer with some skills in vb.net, c#.net mssql and mssql management studios. This developer will create an android version and supply the source code and relevant files deployed on my web host n mssql dbase. The web api may be REST, SOAP but must be developed with asp.net hosted on my webhost. Will supply relevant credentials etc. So the programmer should be ready to use VS2015/17, MSSQL management studios. I have started developing a xamarin Android app with vs2015 enterprise. But for inadequate time and skill I wish to contract this job to a season developer. This app is a Chat-based Business info with location sharing service. 1. User may post job (Post what they want done), places and activity happening in a location(this location can be acquired by User phone GPS or User defined location -address); all location are submitted in GPS coordinates and address format i.e if address is provided, address sud be google reverse-geocoded for coordinates. Users must be able to Manage (add,update,delete) there entries. Major entries include Type of post(Business/place/Activity), GPS, Address, Business name/Place name/Activity name, detail Description, Display photo/Video and other photos and videos as the case maybe. 2. Users must be able to browse and explore their request based on a search form. Items under this categories will be retrieved and presented to user in order of user proximity to the location of business/activity/ place based on user selection preference. eg. closest business will be first on the list and so on. Relevant pics and videos will be presented to the user to peruse. User-define search parameter may be defined / preset by user so that items on the preset list can be delivered to user as he navigates from one place to the other in order of proximity to the user. For example: if user puts accident, fire disaster, traffic on the preset list This activities may be search for and returned when found close to the user as he/she navigates around. 3. Users can finally contact businesses/activity and places by chat and video calls; users can comment and send photo/video files about activities and places to other users on the platform only but can contact business by chat messaging. business customers will be expected to rate/rank and comment about business they have dealings with before they can do another business. the source code together with the compiled apk will be supplied as deliverables
