Android Guru Needed for License Scanning Platform (SaaS) (Native Java)

Hello potential candidates, We are a new company looking to hire an experienced Android Studio developer who can produce quality code and BlinkID SDK into our upcoming mobile application. The application' main purpose will be to scan ID documents and provide the user with the information about them in succinct and accurate manner. We will be comparing scan data and information to a very expansive set of rules on our back-end. And we will providing detailed, informative metrics and analytics based on the data helping the customer making transformative, cost-saving decisions and predictions based on this data. We will be charging quite a lot for our monthly subscriptions (SaaS business model) so it is imperative we WOW! the customer. Scanned information then to be sent to our REST API endpoint for further processing. It is imperative that you have experience with these technologies, your application will be rejected otherwise - please provide a reference point to the project you've completed with RESTful API so that we do not waste each other's time. Your job as the lead Android (Java) developer will be two-fold. Your immediate task such that you can do your job will be learning how to use MicroBlink SDK: Scanning APIs which include: Recognizer API, Detector API, Parser API, and Processor APIs for the front-end (sending this data via RESTful API). And then Templating API for the back-end. [login to view URL] Priority number one will be sending all the data caught from the scans and sending them to the back-end API. Priority number two will be creating OCR templates for BlinkID using the TemplatingAPI. We have a database of sample HQ scans from all US States, US territories, and Canadian Provinces. Templating API is needing to have the OCR work on the front of the ID, examples for which are provided in the SDK. We will be needing you to provide a protocol for this. Once we've completed integrating Scanning APIs and adding all our templates via Templating API, we will be switching gears. You will then start making all the designs live and adding any needed feature sets for Login Screens, Settings, History, VIP/Ban lists, Calendar and event labeling with weather forecasting/history. Our goal is make sure everything is fast and responsive. Speed, speed, speed is always a priority. Finally, while preparing for beta release, you will be implementing *advanced analytics* and *live-reporting* on the web portal (and some will be on the phone). We really need someone who can think outside the box here to execute this properly. Please Note: TemplatingAPI is VERY, very difficult.
