High Level Project requirements ------------------------------------- - Application to be developed in both Apple (iPhone and iPad) and Android (Phone and tablets) platforms - App should be developed end to end with help in uploading to App Store and Play Store approval - Core functionality is to work with GPS positioning and interpreting the respective two way communication - Will be having 3 versions of client catering to different roles - Need a data access to local data store (SQLite) - Need Google App engine backend setup with MySQL - Google Cloud based database interaction via endpoints - Push Notifications in both Google and Apple environments - Input data processing in different formats from SMS, Email, Push notifications - Need end to end solution including publishing in both Google Play Store and Apple App Store Skills Required -------------------------------- - Android Programming - Apple iOS Programming - Google App engine with endpoints experience - GPS positioning - need to convert SMS messages from GPS devices into APP and also send SMS out in particular format for ACK and various actions - Google Map Kit - Enough knowledge of 2D, 3D graphics (note: this is not a gaming project) - Elegant and User friendly UI design experience is a must - Chat application - can be open source - suggestions Java based or Python / Django - Experience in Push notifications Other terms and conditions ------------------------------------------- - Need a quick turn around on project timelines, only experienced developers are requested to quote, selection process will be based on analysing the experience in above areas, need to demonstrate projects samples. - NDA needs to be signed before commencing the project - Phased release is a must with source code - Should be available for Skype call - Detailed project requirements will be provided once the NDA is signed - Source code to be provided at each phase and testing will be done and confirmed.
