Write a Xamarin MVVMCross mobile app for iOS, Android and Windows Phone 8.1

A developer is needed to build a prototype for an app to demonstrate some potential functionality. The prototype needs to run on iPhone, Android and Windows Phone 8.1 and must be written in with Xamarin, utilising Xamarin Forms where relevant and MVVMCross. The initial prototype will contain the following functionality: * A well designed and smooth mapping user control with user interactions such as dropping and dragging pins and adding information to pins * Photo capture functionality similar to when adding photos on Facebook posts or Viber Full functional specifications are available and I will forward them to any suitable bidders who apply. The contract will be at an hourly rate but I will ask you to provide me with indicative estimates before starting the work. This is just to ensure that we don't begin any work that may turn out to be unaffordable. I'm looking for a developer who is not only able to produce the prototype, but work with us in the long term to complete the app to the end. There are some advanced functionality in the system that you should be capable of achieving (or feel confident about) * Push notifications * Secure and safe user login mechanism, accounting for high volume usage * Social media authentication via the Windows Azure service * Geolocation analysis and advanced map integration. eg, geofencing, creating a waypoint, drawing shapes and lines on map to connect points, etc. * Advanced XAML for complex and smooth UI design * multiple apps are in the pipeline, so most components need to be written in a vay that can be easily shared across multiple apps. User or custom controls would be ideal. If required, full access to an online Windows Azure workstation/server and SQL Server can be provided.
