I developed simple app on Android. I am using eclipse with Java (Backend using php and mysql using JSON API). But its very very simple app. I need that app on iPhone, so I'm looking for an iPhone(iOS) app developer. I need you to setup iphone application builder in to my system and give some guidelines. Are you using a Mac? This is really important. If you do, things would get much simpler. If you don't, I'd recommend you to establish one on VM. ( Also building one App on other platforms are possible but painful. )
