Ongoing IT consultant for BPO - Azure/AWS server channel partner ideal

I am looking to hire an expert IT consultant for ongoing support and consulting services to help grow my business. We currently use Azure for my cloud platform and am looking for a consultant with more advanced expertise in this area, as well as experience with AWS server channels, for our clients. They engage offshore staff via our outsourcing company, and most will require support to set up either a server or a virtual desktop/DaaS. We have a team in the Philippines who manage the hardware and software needs locally, however we require someone in Australia whom we can employ directly (likely on an as-needed basis but this may be a part-time-type role) to assist our clients with their IT needs. These are mostly SMEs with fairly basic needs. The consultant will be responsible for assisting the client, including setting up, configuring, monitoring, upgrading, and managing the servers. They must also be experienced in either repairing any server faults or security issues that may arise or know whom to refer to. Furthermore, they should have experience with versatile systems and support various networks, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of various operating systems such as Linux, Mac OS, and Windows, as well as experience with the major cloud platform services. The nature of the role is currently up in the air as it will be dependent on client needs (although at the moment those are exceeding our capacity), and we are also open to discussion around remuneration.
