Hi,
I am interested in your project. It's refreshing to see a new idea based on trust between parties, but one that is not based on a blockchain or DLT/DAG.
I have two years experience with blockchain/DAG technologies, and before that I have had spent around 17 years mostly in the banking, fintech, and financial services domains, working with stuff such as the SWIFT financial network (i.e., ISO 9362), import/export trade finance (Letter of Credit - LC), gov't treasury bills and bonds auctions, and AML development, among others.
I also have some experience with symmetric and asymmetric cryptography (e.g., AES, RSA, PBKDF2), although I just used the standard libraries or third-parties such as BouncyCastle and Jasypt.
Recently I was awarded a cryptography project:

Lastly, I have been frequenting the Hedera Hashgraph project, where Rust is heavily used and this also somewhat piqued my interest, although in the past year or so I have been into Go and Kotlin.
Thank you.
