Hello, I need someone familiar with creating webforms on Vicidial to help with creating two webforms. They are essentially based on the sales script. They will serve to collect the answers to the questions on the sales script. The webform should autopopulate some of the information about the contact that we already have from the uploads leads(name, address, phone number, etc), while also having blank fields for our agent to enter the customer responses to the questions in the script One form will have 8-9 questions, the other will have 5-6 questions. The answers are either radio, text field, or multiple selectable. Nothing more complicated than that.
