Help me develop my After Effects plugin(s)

I am looking for an experienced software developer to assist with current (and future) small to mid-sized plugins. The freelancer should ideally have experience with the After Effects SDK, and definitely with Visual Studio and C++, as well as a very strong understanding of mathematics.
After signing an NDA, I will provide a written description of what I'm trying to achieve, the After Effects SDK and my current source code developed in Visual Studio. While it is not 100% critical for you to have After Effects installed, you might want to have it to test your code. Again, a strong understanding of C++ and mathematics is required. The final deliverable would be a returned source code. All the projects are graphics related and, in my opinion, interesting and challenging.
I will describe in more detail what I need once I find a suitable developer. Budget is negotiable once the requirements have been described. Am looking for someone for a long-term relationship as more projects are planned for the future.
