Setup My Music / Vlog Youtube Channel, (tags, vibe of page, design, effective titles, descriptions, thumbnails, etc.) & Teach Me How To Promote Effectively On All Social Networks To "Auto-Gain" Fans... And A Crash Course On Integrating Google+ With My Y

I have been posting videos on youtube, mostly videos of rap songs with slide shows, a few music videos a made a while back, and a bunch of personal vlogs. I really need a youtube expert to tag all of my songs perfectly, and just basically get it synchronized and set up for success. I need advice on what I have been doing so wrong and how I need to change and continue to manage my account to see some legit growth in my personal followers. I have hundreds of dollars to spend on promotion and advertisement but haven't yet because I don't know the best path to take that'll yield me the best results, I'd like to know specific steps I could take that doesn't require money to make my channel more popular, as well as methods involving spending money. My music itself definitly isn't the problem, I have a huge local cult following that just doesn't translate to the internet well. Please teach me how to automatically gain followers like I think I should be gaining by now, my Twittter acct has around 2,200 followers through cheap twitter managing sites' tactics, I wish I knew how to get people following me for whatever reason instead of only gaining followers who i follow first. I also have a facebook, that also baffles me because I have almost 900 friends and barely anybody responds to my stuff except my closest friends, its like I am in serious need of a jump start, and with that very foundation of support, I'm sure it would lead others to jump onto the bandwagon. PLEASE help me build the damn bandwagon lol. I have all my social networking accounts connected, almost forgot to mention I also use Google+ i was kind of forced into joining that and I find it to have extremely great promotional potential, but I have no clue how to work it, its extremely clunk. Tons of people add me to their contacts on youtube which seems to be cirectly related to Google+, taking the attention away from instead subscribing to my youtube page. If you guys can help me get this off of the ground, then you just affiliated yourself with a loyal, potentially very popular unique rapper.. and future ring of honor pro wrestler. Help me get this off the ground and I'll never look to any other brand such as yours for help, you got me as a client for life, and that's a promise. Thanks guys, I have tons of rappers ad pro wrestlers counting on me to get a social network movement finally started. Sorry if I have alot of problems that need answering but Im dead in the water which is just plain sad because I have dedicated ten years of my life to this and have made barely any progress at all. Apparently I'm a "youtube partner" at this point, and I have everything set up to be monetized and have been enabled for Adsense, I think im ready to go I just dont know where to go from this hole I dug myself into.
