I do have the experience that I think you are looking for. I can handle the accounting duties, the A/R, the A/P, invoicing, the paying bills, payroll, inventory management, etc. I can also assist with making sure that quarterly federal, state, and local tax payments are kept current as well as taking care of the year's return.
I like QB Online for this kind of situation. There is QB version that is geared especially for Schedule C sole proprietorships. And yes, I am a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
I usually use Skype for VoIP communication, but we can use other apps if needed.
As for the salary, that is negotiable. However, I would think that the median salary for a staff accountant would be a good starting point.
