Hi,
I have a startup in USA. I dont stay in USA. I started raising some invoices from Nov 2018 but all payments started coming in 2019. I would like to hire an authorized consultant who can guide me in meeting regulatory & fiduciary compliance requirement of USA and also help me submit my tax returns.
Also looking for long term relationship as my USA business expands. Good if the consultant can guide about following
- US gov tax filling & other reporting requirements
- Some experience in employee contracts and what are mandatory requirements to meet
