Hello Everyone. We are looking for a freelancer, who can do the tax and Annual Returns filing for a Singapore company. We have prepared the management accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Detail Income statement etc.). We need to do the filing to IRAS and ACRA to fulfill the compliance. For this, we are looking for someone who has experience to do the following jobs: 1. Prepare Tax Computation and fulfill Form CS 2. Prepare Financial Statements 3. Annual Returns filing with AGM minutes and Resolutions If you are experienced and interested in this job, please provide me your hourly rate, and estimated working hours. Thank you.
