My name is Liz and we have a fast growing e-commerce business.
We are looking to add a Book Keeper / Financial Analyst to our growing team to prepare our books and help us identify the financial steps we need to take.
In the run up to the 4th Quarter and the big expansion plans we have for next year we are looking for someone to join our team for the LONG-TERM and have a lasting business relationship with :)
Details of tasks are:
1) Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. Detailed P&L should include expenditure types.
2) Monthly sales report, sales margins by product SKU and including information for UK VAT purposes. *
3) Stock Report (to stock in and out including customer returns)
4) Monthly Cashflow forecast and monitoring
5) Annual budget including sales forecast and profit and loss
* We need sales analysis by Territory. Territories are currently the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and France. We plan to expand to the USA in the First Quarter next year
