Accounting Information Systems Specialist (Accountant and Internal Auditor)

This is an offer for a Full time Job. Starting salary $500 and can go up to $650 over the following months based on performance. We need an Accounting information systems (AIS) specialists who holds an accounting degree and have more than 5 years working in accounting and AIS designing and auditing. You will need to study our business processes to customize and implement commercial accounting software and integrate it into our workflow. You will need to design dimensional chart of accounts, analytic tags and whatever needed to ensure the right flow and recording of financial information across our workflow and teams. You will need to design and prepare financial and managerial accounting reports based on type of business activity, subsidiary, branch, stores, customer, customer risk, customer's country, vendor, service provided by vendor, consolidated product sold...etc You will need to gain understanding of and document/present complex system architecture and detailed end to end data flow between interconnected systems that are run by different teams. A key focus is to ensure transactions flow from the our inventory management application through multiple systems (payments, billing, shipping, etc.) and are accurately recorded in our accounting general ledger. You will direct the management of all accounting information systems including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting and statistical reporting systems. You will be conducting the Internal Audit Engagement, and the Internal Audit Activity's Role in Governance, Risk and Control.
